- PROCEDURE TO PLACE EVENTS ON THIS WEBSITE HEADING OF EVENTS. Check the heading of events weekly for any additions that may have been received that are ALWAYS posted (if any thing has been received) on weekends by NLT each Sunday 5:00 PM. The following Headings included on the HOME PAGE are subject to be weekly updated and can also have pdf copies printed off from any computer with a printer.
- (1) Any Events information (contents, dates etc.) are received by internet email sent to: kofc6269@gmail.com (the website email address).
- (2) The posted Web Journal Heading on the Web Site www.kofc6269.com can be updated weekly, also: (a) Events Heading, (b) Officer Heading, and (c) FAQ (answer and questions), (3) (d) The KofC Council Supreme programs Organizationl (e) Chart for officers used by all councils as requested by Supreme to be posted on council websites. (4) All updates are posted NLT than on a weekend following when that information is emailed. Please internet email if possible, two weeks in advance of notices date to be posted. The ideal information is emailed a minimun six weeks prior the date of the notice. If possible more notice time prior an event receives the best results. Emailing a request event date in advance gives the members and vistors of this site more time to adjust their individual schedule for any function because: If any officer or any chairman is declining or failing to email an internet request to post on the web site for ANY NOTICE USUALLY LEADS TO A MUCH SMALLER PARTICIPATION ATTENDANCE that is not by choice of anyone but is a conflict with other advanced commitments. Several surveys have indicated that the lack of an advance notice READERS OF THIS SITE that have sent response to surveys is it does not give adequate time to plan for any event if less than four weeks notice for an event prior the month of the event, if not advanced internet emailed to be posted for a particular event date and also including information.
